Hours Required for Certification: 500 from accredited massage therapy school

Type of License/Title: LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)

Certification Test: National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork

Fees Required: Application $300

Renewal Process:$100 a year and 6 CEUs per year required
24 hours maintenance every 4 years
