Hours Required for Certification: 500 from accredited massage therapy school plus CPR and First Aid training

Type of License/Title: LMT (Licensed Massage Therapist)

Certification Test: National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork or COMTA certified training

Fees Required: Application $25 / Registration $100 / Criminal Record Check $8

Renewal Process: $25 per year
