Hours Required for Certification: 600 at a COMTA or state approved school

Title/Credential received: Massage Therapist or Massage Apprentice

Type of exam used:National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork AND Utah Massage Law and Rule Exam - written and practical

Fees Required:Application $50 / FBI fingerprint and background check fee $24

Renewal Process:Fee of either $35 or $40 every two years.
